SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

PACKAGE FULFILLMENT

Orders can be fulfilled within 1-7 days depending on volume of orders. But please note some orders may take up to 5-9 days for orders to be processed if there are some issues with shipping addresses. If there is a delay in dispatch it most likely would mean that there was an address or payment processing error, which the customer will be notified or contacted immediately. You will be sent an email confirmation when it is dispatched and fulfilled.

Please ensure that your address is correct at checkout. We cannot provide a refund or change address once package has left our warehouse. Any sold out orders will be cancelled and refunded. In the event of any failed delivery, the cost of the item only, will be automatically refunded to the card used at checkout, once it is sent back to our warehouse.

 

SHIPPING

Upon finalizing your order, there will be a number of delivery options to choose from. We know you’re excited to get your package, so we offer you the opportunity to select your preferred method during checkout. Shipping outside of Australia may receive a charge of or between $15 - $100 AUD shipping, this is applied during the checkout process. Delivery may take up to 1-2/3 weeks until delivered depending on where you live. 

 

IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES

Please note KiKi Fitness does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. KiKi Fitness will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. You can read more about our policy in our sales terms and conditions. Lifted Collection is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes. Shipping charges are also non refundable.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS

Need to return? No sweat! We want you to be happy with your purchase and experience from KiKi Fitness. We will gladly accept items returned within 20 business days after delivery, please email kikifit111@gmail.com to get a return started.

 

If you’re unsatisfied with any products you purchased from KiKi Fitness and want to return your item(s) as follows:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition they were in when bought and shipped.

  • If items are already damaged when shipped to you the same item will be resent after showing proof of damages via images.

  • When items are being returned, products must be sent back to KiKi Fitness warehouse and must be reviewed to ensure no damages before a customer receives a refund.

  • Please be careful when trying on our garments! If you damage clothing when trying them on we cannot issue you a refund.

  • When returning a package, proof of receipt must be emailed to kikifit111@gmail.com to ensure return.

If your return doesn't meet the above criteria we unfortunately cannot refund you. We are unfortunately unable to cover the cost of return shipping. KiKi Fitness is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

 

EXCHANGES

Due to limited releases, restocks and being sold out quickly we do not have products on shelfs for exchange so please make sure you order correctly. We can only make an exception if we possibly have the item(s) you want to exchange for in stock. A refund against your original payment method will be processed upon receiving your return. If you wish to receive a different item, you'll need to place a new order via the website.

Please note: We only offer exchanges for faulty items (Not caused by customer).

 

FAULTY ITEMS

Should you receive a product that is defective or has a fault, we will happily look into offering a resolution. Please contact kikifit111@gmail.com with the following information:  

  • Order number

  • A description of the fault

  • Photographic evidence attached

Please note issues of this nature need to be reported to us within 40 days.

 

PACKAGING

Please ensure that the item you are returning is packaged adequately to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery to our facility.  If we do not receive your proof of receipt and package get lost we cannot issue a refund and If items in package are damaged we also will not be able to process a refund.

 

COST OF RETURNS

Please note: If you receive a faulty item, showing us proof of receipt and covering the cost of return, you will receive a refund after for the return and you will not need to pay for shipping for the replacement package. If you did not receive a faulty item and just want to return, you are responsible for the costs of returning any items to our facility. Any returned items are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our facility. In our experience Return parcels often get lost if you write ‘Return to Sender’.
